TRAINING

At Hauss Fitness we believe that each individual is unique therefore we offer a variety of training options to meet your individual needs.  Along these lines we provide a selection of highly qualified Personal Trainers from which to choose as we realize the Trainer/Client relationship is partially dependent on compatible personalities.

Our training options include one-on-one training, partner training, and small group training:

One-on-one training gives you all the attention you deserve.  This is truly a customized program with your trainer watching your every move.

Partner training gives you a built in support system, costs less, and is twice the fun!

Small group training allows you to get the attention you deserve while having a good time with friends or new friends.  Everyone knows that it’s more fun when you play with others. 

If you’re not sure where you should start we will be glad to offer you guidance based on our assessment and your training goals.

We promise to make your training experience effective, safe, and FUN whether you opt to indulge yourself with one-on-one training or participate in one of our rock n roll (so to speak) small group training sessions.
